Refund policy

Cancelation, Return, Replacement and Refund:


Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from placing the order and not after actual shipment of the product by logging in to your account and selecting the ‘Request cancellation’ option or contacting InnoFur Support Team through www.innofur.com

Products once shipped cannot be canceled.

A Coupon code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of order, either by customer or InnoFur


Return & Replacement:

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with our customer service team or initiate a claim request through the ‘Support’ Section and upload /send 2 images of the product (one from the damaged part and the other from entire product) within 48 hours from delivery.

Upon receiving your complaint, InnoFur shall verify the authenticity and nature of the complaint. If InnoFur thinks that the complaint is genuine then will take the necessary action(s) required to resolve it.


In order to return or replace any products, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:

1. Notify InnoFur of receipt of a damaged/defective product and upload images of damaged/ defective part within 48 hours from delivery. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, InnoFur shall not be held liable or responsible for the failure to replace the order.

2. Product you wish to return or replace should be in an unused condition. If the product is found to be used, a return/replacement cannot be issued.

3. The returned product(s) will be subject to verification and check by InnoFur in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return request. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the costs of shipment of the product back to you.

4. Customized orders cannot be returned or replaced.

5. Orders cannot be returned or replaced if made during special offers if the offer terms and conditions state the same.

6. Product(s) to be returned or replaces have to be duly packaged in its original box, preventing any damages during transport.


If a product returned is duly accepted by InnoFur, InnoFur may take either of the following steps:

If the product is available, InnoFur will get the same and send it back to you, subject to the logistic mode as provided above;

1. If the product is not available, InnoFur shall replace the product with a similar product of your choice of the similar amount. In the event the amount of the replaced product is more that the amount of the original product, you will be required to pay the differential amount and if the amount of the replaced product is less that the amount of the original product, InnoFur will give you a Coupon code of the differential amount for further use.

2. In some cases, InnoFur may take the product back and refund you the paid amount.


Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund it shall be processed as per following policy and within 48 hours of product pick up:

1. The refund amount will be of maximum the total amount paid for a product.
2. Refunds for orders paid online will be processed within 48 hours and transferred to your debit or credit card within 7-10 working days.
3. Refunds for orders paid by cash or other modes of payment will be completed within 7 working days and the order amount will be credited to your bank account.
